How to download videos shared in Facebook more easily?

Some videos we come across in Facebook are very good. We often feel like to download them and save in our computers to again watch them later or share with people whom we care to share. But as many times as we try downloading them we fail.

There are many tutorials in Google on how to download Facebook videos. We can also find tutorial videos for this in YouTube. But many of them hardly work well – steps are long and confusing. If you follow them forget about getting videos downloaded, so much of your time will be wasted.

Therefore, instead just follow the tutorial I have shared below. It works very well. Steps are short and simple.
  1. Open Facebook Video Downloader
  2. Right click on Facebook Video
  3. Select show video URL
  4. Copy the URL address
  5. Paste in Facebook Video Downloader
  6. Click Download
  7. Choose Download option (Normal Quality or HD)
  8. Save File
Once the download is completed, the file will be either in download folder or document based on preferences you have set in your computer setting. Open them and see.

8 possible impacts of Facebook Dislike Button Introduction

Be ready to face the change. Facebook declared that they started working on Dislike button. It’s like nothing much can be done even we don’t want it or not. We can just remain seated to see our status being disliked. You might spend a great deal of time in editing your photos and then finally upload in Facebook just to be disliked by your friends.

But that will be just within short distance of impact the dislike button will exert. If we position our spectacles and look little farther, we will be surprised by the magnitude of changes it has brought in our society and social media altogether. Let us see the areas in which its maximum impacts will be visible.

Social Media Users

It will really change the behaviors and mentality of social media users. They will be more cautious of what they are going to post on their walls. Otherwise it will be discouragement if a post gets more dislikes than likes.

Online Marketing

Social media critics are of the view that Facebook dislike button will really bring paradigm shift in online marketing strategies and techniques. People have now options either to vote like or dislike. If dislikes out-number likes then the product will not receive good customers. People may judge looking at the number of likes and dislikes.

Online Marketers

The capabilities of online marketers in marketing products and reaching targeted customers will be really tested. Their clients may pay commissions as per number of likes or dislikes their marketed product lots received. Only online marketing professionals can remain in the business. This will improve online business.

No. of Facebook Pages

Facebook considers any individual as a celebrity if his/her number of friends cross 5k. A person once crosses this level; he/she will be reminded by Facebook in creating a fan page. So many people go on creating their own fan page just because they have more than 5k friends. This often makes us wonder in what area they are celebs. But this will be looked after by dislike button.

Makes Comparison Legit

Facebook dislike button will bring a potential to make any form of comparison more trustworthy. Till now we couldn’t compare things that are more or less same in nature. Facebook has remained on positive side. People must have kept clicking like just they aren’t given choice to dislike it.

On Sharing of Articles

Facebook has been one of the finest and easiest forum for sharing our own essays or poems. With the introduction of dislike button, people will have a fear of their articles being disliked. There will lesser number of people who are willing and are sharing their articles in Facebook compare to before coming of dislike button.

Harmony in Social Media

This button will really give some impacts on harmonious existence of users in social media. Their mentalities will be changed. People will be provided with a choice to down-vote. A person whose post is being disliked may become sentimental and then also dislike a person who had disliked his post. This may spread making co-existence among users less harmonious.

Social Media user Interactions

The manner in which people interact with each other through social media will be changed. Some may be easily fall into tench of abusive snares by horrible unknown people.

Add a Facebook Likes Box & improve Traffic from Facebook

We know that creation of Facebook Fan Page for a blog is one of the most proven-effective methods of improving blog traffic and its page-views. It’s a medium through which your blog can be advertised. It has a potential to take your blog beyond the circle of your friends.

But creation of a Facebook page alone won’t serve the purpose. You must manage it in the best possible ways to harness its potentials. You have to share your updates in its wall and sometimes external links related to your blogging area. Once its Facebook page is opened you should know what it takes to keep the fans well attended through it.

You have to make it visible for your readers so that they don’t have to do many things just to like your page. Otherwise you will need a spare life to collect even few hundred likes which means page-views of your blog will also not increase. For this, adding of Facebook likes box in your blog is usually a recommendation from blogging experts. And it can be added in three ways:
  1. Static Gadget
  2. Sliding Box
  3. Welcoming Box
If you add it as static gadget, then the Facebook Likes Box will remain static as one of the widgets either in sidebar or footer (wherever you add it). In a sliding box method, your likes box will be hidden either on left side or right side of the blog area. It will appear only when your reader takes navigation cursor near to it. In welcoming box, the Facebook Likes box will appear as soon as a reader opens your blog. But today let us learn only how to add Facebook Likes Box as a Static Gadget.

If you haven’t created a Facebook page, first create it. Guidelines were given in above link. Hope you have created it. Now let us proceed with an addition of it as a sidebar Gadget.

  1. Login to your blog
  2. Select the blog for which you have created the page.
  3. Click on Layout
  4. Click on Add Gadget
  5. Scroll down
  6. Select HTML/JavaScript
  7. Keep the title space blank
  8. In the content space, paste the given HTML.
<div class="fb-page" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/To-learn-Blogging-450080608371380/timeline/" data-small-header="false" data-adapt-container-width="true" data-hide-cover="false" data-show-facepile="true" data-show-posts="false"></div>
In above HTML, replace blue highlighted font with your Blog’s Facebook Fan Page URL. And once it’s been changed, click on SAVE. You are done. You may now click on view blog to see it being added in a sidebar beautifully. It should appear wonderful. Keep blogging. Cheers!

10 reasons for a Blog to have its own Facebook Page

Facebook is also becoming one of the top traffic generating sites for any blogger. People today use Facebook as much as they use Google. Therefore, to improve the traffic of a blog, one must try to leverage the potentials of it. And creation of a Facebook page for it is one of the ways. Let us see few reasons as to why a blog should have Facebook Page:

To Separate Blog & You
Let us say your blog doesn’t have Facebook page and whenever you want to share its contents, you post on your Facebook Wall. This means you and your blog are one and same. To give it a separate entity status, it needs a Facebook Page.

To give Digital Citizenship
If you don’t create a Facebook page for your blog, you are actually not giving it a citizenship of the country named Facebook. Your blog won’t have rights in Facebook like other blogs that have their own pages.

To Expand Readership
If you don’t have Facebook page and whenever you feel like sharing any content of your blog, the extent to which your shared post will reach is within the circle of your Facebook friends. Unless you create a page and then start sharing post through it, the readership of your blog will never get expanded.

To Improve Blog Traffic
When Facebook page is being created, you are actually opening another door from where people who have potentials to bring traffic to your blog can enter.

To Respond Messages
All your blog readers may not love to mail you their suggestions, queries or complaints to your Email Address. Some of them may love to directly message them on Facebook. So creating Facebook page for your blog will actually provide another choice for them.

To Create Community
A community here means a group of people who have admire the same work or pursuit. A group admiring same person usually actors or athletes will be called as fans. So your blog needs a page to have its own well-defined community.

To Advertise Blog
If you want to improve the traffic by advertising your blog in Facebook, you cannot do so unless you have created separate page for it.

To Add Likes Box
You must have seen a gadget showing number of people who have liked the blog with their faces in some blogs. This is nothing but a Facebook Likes Box embedded as Gadget in blog. Is it cool? But to have that in your blog, first you need Facebook Page being created on its name.

To Analyze Feeds
Blogger provides facility to analyze the overall feeds of the blog. But if you want to analyze its feeds from Facebook, you need its Facebook Page.

To Study Visitors
We cannot study the probable age groups of your blog visitors in Facebook, their nationals, and their genders unless you have Facebook Page for it. If you’re a professional blogger, you will fail to segment your customers without Facebbok Page.

Therefore, we shouldn’t undermine the power of Facebook in blogging. It’s indeed very powerful. So we advise you to open a Facebook page for your Blog.
