Open WordPad in your computer>Copy and paste given HTML in it:

<meta content='Search Word 1, Search Word 2, Search Word 2' name='keywords'/>
<meta content='Blog Author' name='Author'/>
<meta content='Blog Author Email' name='Email'/>

<meta content='Blog Description' name='description'/>
<meta content='Search Word 1, Search Word 2, Search Word 2' name='keywords'/>
<meta content='Blog Author' name='Author'/>

Once pasted in wordpad, edit the above HTML as per your requirement. We have highlighted in red that need to be corrected. In search word 1, 2 & 3..there isn't any fixed range. You can add as many as possible.
Once you have done editing in wordpad, you have insert those meta tags in your blogger templates:
Login to your blog>Click on Template>Click on Edit HTML>Find (Ctrl+F): <head> and just below it add the HTML (one edited in wordpad).
If you have inserted your meta tags correctly, then you can click on Save Template. Meta Tags have added. You can now expect increase in the number of visitors your blog receives. Enjoy blogging. Cheers!
