Number of Bhutanese having access to internet facilities is increasing with the improvement in overall literacy rate of the country. Computer literacy also seems to be improving. The number of people using various social media will come quite high if we compare with the overall population size of the country.
People are not only using various social media for interactions among friends, families and co-workers but they are now also leveraging them for improving size of various business.
We can now see people selling and buying various things through various Facebook groups. One out of many is B-bay-Buying and Selling Second Hand Stuffs in Bhutan. It was started and now administered by Passang Passu Tshering. It has more than 55K active members till date.
There are also other such groups like Druk Online Shopping, Bricks and Wheels, and Meymey Haley Haley-To sell & Buy things in Bhutan. However, none of these groups has higher active members than B-bay.
If you're in Bhutan and feel like to buy or sell things online, you may have to get registered in any of the above mentioned Facebook groups.

Zala means monkey in local dialect (eastern Bhutan language). This means we can make out its founder must be somewhere from eastern part of Bhutan. But that isn't important to know. We have to instead know purposes of zala.
Zala is also like Bhutan Online Shop - an online business portal. It also connects buyers and sellers directly to reach to necessary negotiation while buying products. It's not specifically for buying or selling second hand products.

Bhutan Classifieds is a senior online shopping portal established sometimes in 2006. The value and rate at which things are traded will be the highest in it. Starting from domestic utensils to real estate buildings are being traded in it.

Bhutan shop seems to be tourists oriented online shopping portal. The products that listed in it and are traded are mostly classics, ancient or arts related products which are products usually targeted for foreigners visiting Bhutan.
It also has other wider range of products that can be bought by Bhutanese nationals-starting from stockings to jewelries.
